We alleviate our client's stress and overwhelming to-do-list, by doing their repetitive, client-focused, operational, administration, and marketing work. Therefore, we happily take on those tasks and projects from their “too hard” or “not enough time” baskets. As an example tasks can include booking travel, planning a workshop, drafting a quote or proposal, updating social media, writing a newsletter, or managing online advertising. Other tasks include updating website content, software, setting up online learning platforms. No task is too big or too small. Who we are From humble beginnings of teaching small business owners how to use their computer software, Nicole Graham has evolved Bauhinia Solutions into a boutique business support agency with a team of dedicated and experienced business specialists, administration professionals, and virtual assistants in Hong Kong, the UK, and the Philippines. We consider ourselves more than your standard Virtual Assistant, and our career experiences and volunteer work demonstrates our love of helping others. We like to partner with our clients, working as an extension of their business. Why we do

Our business journey led us down the path of supporting established coaches and facilitators who often found themselves ‘doing it all’. It was a natural fit because prior to moving to Hong Kong, Nicole had a successful career in the Learning & Development field and therefore, has an excellent understanding of what it takes to work in the human resources, organisational development and training fields. We’re not your traditional Virtual Assistant. We consider ourselves a business partner to our clients. We like to work with clients who wish to establish a long-term relationship allowing us to get to know them, and their business. As the Bauhinia team has grown, we have broadened our client base – we also support professionals in the fields of Technology, International Law, Publishing, Property Investment, F&B, Psychotherapy, Counselling, and Health & Wellness.
