Chrono24 ── 一間好愛香港嘅外資公司

生活喺香港呢個國際大都會(如果仲係嘅話),試問有幾多公司仲算係「國際化」呢?今次筆者搵嚟傾兩句嘅Chrono24就可以算係貨真價實啦,佢哋總部係德國,每日處理上千單跨國鐘錶交易、成個平台支援22種語言,號稱「鐘錶界Amazon」,你就知佢哋有料啦。

話說佢哋而家逆市請人,所以今次筆者就搵佢哋嚟同大家傾吓偈,睇下大家有無興趣加入佢哋!

「係因為愛呀,哈利~」

喺德國出世、日本長大、再返去德國讀大學、跟住再嚟香港發展,Yuki都可以話係國際化嘅極致,問到佢點解最後選擇到香港發展嘅時候,佢就咁講:

「我讀大學嗰陣嚟過理工大學交流一年就已經愛上咗香港呢個地方,點知返返去德國嘅時候,我又喺大學識咗而家個太太,因為嗰陣佢由香港嚟德國交流,咁既然所有嘢都咁啱,我畢咗業再做多幾年嘢之後,就決定咗同太太喺香港落地生根。」

為咗愛情,Yuki放棄咗喺國際知名汽車品牌嘅工作(就連筆者都覺得佢好癲),嚟香港發展。到左香港之後,Yuki就話嗰陣想搵一啲新嘅工作體驗:「我初初入嚟Chrono24做Sales Manager嘅時候,講緊成個香港分公司得4個人,所以呢份工對我嚟講好新鮮,好似由零開始咁。尤其是Chrono24同舊公司都係德國公司,但兩間公司嘅文化真係好唔同。」

喺Chrono24做咗短短4年幾嘅時間,Yuki已經由Sales Manager變成Head of Asia Pacific,而公司亦都由4個人變咗做而家20個人,當大家諗住Yuki咁順風順水嘅時候,佢就話建立一條團隊並唔係咁易:

「當然我哋都有帶好多總公司嘅文化過嚟啦,例如成間公司架構扁平,新人都有發言權,同時我地都有喺香港分公司建立新元素。」

Yuki仲用咗自己嚟做例子:「我就好唔鍾意加班嘅,講真有邊個鍾意加班㗎?所以喺Chrono24,只要你搞掂要做嘅嘢,係冇人會理你幾時走,如果你約咗人,又或者唔舒服,只要講聲就走得。同好多喺香港嘅傳統公司唔同,好多時你早走甚至準時走都會畀其他同事側目。」

「唔夠經驗從來都唔係一個問題」

對於Coco同Nicole嚟講,Chrono24同佢哋之前嘅公司最唔同嘅地方就係個「無階級觀念」,Coco就咁講:

「我自己本身喺鐘錶零售做咗10年左右,但Chrono24係第一間公司,我只要有咩意見或者諗法的話,就可以直接搵老闆傾,完全唔使就住就住。」

至於喺度做咗5年嘅Nicole,就話最神奇嘅地方係佢每年都有新嘢學:「我初初入嚟條團隊仲係好細,所以我基本上由行政管理去到客戶服務(CS)咩都要做,去到公司越嚟越大,我就慢慢集中返做CS,由first level support去到transaction嘅servicing,再去到而家管理CS團隊,真係每年都學緊唔同嘅技能!」

係請人方面,Coco同Nicole兩位team lead就話最緊要唔係技能,反而係性格同個態度,Nicole就咁講:「除咗啲基本技能啦,例如CS同事要精通兩文三語,其實我最著緊嘅係究竟呢個人係咪願意學習、個人又夠唔夠主動,所以就算個求職者係唔夠工作經驗都好,我都一樣會考慮。」

Coco補充:「如果係sales team嘅話,主動嘅例子會係不斷咁樣諗新嘅策略,而唔係重複做我哋一直都做緊嘅嘢。例如我哋會成日去搵新嘅經銷商返嚟,但有啲可能好傳統,連電郵地址都冇嘅,咁呢啲公司我哋又應該點聯絡呢?係咪要用傳統信件呢?所以就算個求職者係唔夠工作經驗,只要佢顯示到自己真係有心做呢份工,會不斷諗新嘅方法去解決問題嘅話,我哋都一定會考慮。」

請人嚟講,Yuki又點會冇份呀,佢就話有個條件係非常非常緊要嘅:「我哋想每個新入職嘅同事都同成個團隊夾得埋,所以每次請人嘅時候,將會同新人緊密合作嘅同事都一定會見過哂個求職者,同佢傾吓計咁。加上我哋成間公司個vibe好energetic,所以都唔會想有啲『old-seafood』入咗嚟。」筆者喺度強調,Yuki真係直接講「old-seafood」呢個字,真係完全感受到佢對香港同廣東話嘅愛……

「自由嘅空氣真係好」

呢三位佳麗嘅入職年資分別由4個月去到2年不等,而阿Chris一嚟就話喺Chrono24做嘢有樣最唔好嘅嘢:「我本身就好鍾意錶嘅,返呢份工成日都對住啲錶,但又買唔到嘅時候都幾痛苦。」當大家都笑到癲咗嘅時候Damon就話:「我覺得好正喎,可以成日返工都喺度睇錶,有時睇緊自己想買嘅錶,但大家都會覺得你係做緊公司嘢。」

講笑就講到呢到啦,阿Yan就話呢度同佢之前喺大學做admin真係差勁遠:

「呢度做嘢真係舒服好多,講緊之前份工,可能你只係想買枝筆都要經10個部門嘅審批,真係寧願自己畀錢買算……入咗Chrono24之後真係成個世界唔同咗,你有咩諗法有咩想試,一係就直接搵team lead傾,再唔係就直接搵老闆,試完之後咪睇吓有無效果,就係咁簡單。」

正因為呢種架構同自由度,佢哋返工有好多嘢都可以試,阿Chris就補充:「只要個諗法聽落去合邏輯,講緊隔一兩日就已經可以拍板做,仲要試完之後唔係就咁算,管理層仲會同我一齊分析個成果,再睇吓點樣可以做得好啲,定還是個計劃行唔通,呢種感覺真係好正。」

呢個可能就係Damon話呢間公司好「人性化」嘅原因:

「我仲記得嗰陣同Yuki 面試,佢問我想入一間點樣嘅公司,我咪話好『人性化』嘅公司囉,佢即刻笑住咁叫我再補充,咁我都係講嗰啲:想間公司會尊重吓自己,唔係叫我做咩就要做咩之類。完咗個面試之後我先喺度諗:『冇啦冇啦……又見唔成份工啦……』點知可能Yuki鍾意我夠老實,所以就請咗我啦!」

今時今日,喺香港做一個誠實嘅人好似已經係一件錯事,尤其是喺見工嘅時候,但Chrono24就偏偏最睇重人嘅性格同態度。如果你想搵份新工,又想間公司會尊重同欣賞你自己嘅話,不妨睇吓佢哋下面嘅role啱唔啱你啦!

後記:筆者好奇問Yuki,係唔係要好鍾意錶先入得嚟做,佢就咁講:「梗係唔係啦,我本身都唔鍾意錶嘅,都係入到嚟先慢慢開始鍾意錶咋嘛,我諗好多人都係咁㗎啦。」所以大家唔使驚呀,就算你唔係好熱衷於手錶都好,都可以照樣入Chrono24做㗎!
