Our whole start-up came up with increasing demands from textile producers to machine makers to integrate digital solutions. From beginning on we share our ideas with our potential customers, and incorporate their feedback. Due to our Software-as-a-Service approach we want to gain satisfied long-term customers with whom we can grow together.
We value open communication at every opportunity, between all members of the team as well as with our partner companies. We want to cut the bullshit jargon to a minimum and express clearly what we mean, understand what we hear, and ask questions anytime.
Data is at the core of our service offering. Our customers are interested to get an overview of their operations in order to make better informed decisions. Without being able to offer the right data at the right time, our service offering will not succeed.
An agile approach is used to continuously improve our technology stack and services. This enables us to find the optimal solution for the time constraints given by each Sprint/Release and deliver on time.
When dealing with large data sets high performance is key. In order to achieve high performance and be competitive in terms of cost, one has to be committed to researching and applying the latest technology offerings. New and improved benchmarks are being released by the tech community on a daily basis. It's key that we stay informed.
Our products and customers are evolving and growing, and we want our employees to evolve and grow as well. At the intersection of three industries, software, machinery and textiles, nobody knows everything, but there's plenty of opportunity to learn many new things.
