If users have bad experience with customer support, they’ll remember that experience. Word-of-mouth spreads like wildfire. If they have a bad experience, it could ruin our credibility. In Talenox, we do not track working hours. We don’t expect you to stay rooted in front of your laptop or be at the office from 9am-6pm. That’s because we trust that you will deliver high quality work on time, despite your working hours. That being said, we still serve the majority of our users and communicate with our partners during office hours. Please respect that other teammates may be working those hours and be available during office hours in case your team needs you.
In Talenox, we set Company OKRs at the start of the year. At every quarter, individuals in each team/department will set their own OKRs, with each OKR directed towards meeting the overarching Company OKRS. Although OKRs are measured individually as well, they are meant to be collaborative - where teammates may help each other to achieve their individual OKRs. Teams are encouraged to view the company’s goals as their own.
At Talenox, you’re playing a team-based game. We value inclusivity, having teammates from different backgrounds and cultures, to better learn from each other. As we’re still a relatively lean team, we sometimes have to wear different hats to fulfil multiple roles. Oftentimes, we have to serve as secondary support pillars for other departments in the team.
