As a new team member


Assisting the HR Manager in all-rounded HR activities including on and off-boarding processes, payroll and benefits administration, organising social activities and events, implementation of processes and HR internal communications for local offices in the APAC region.


Contributing to on and off-boarding of new employees
Preparation and processing/calculation of employee monthly payroll for the APAC offices (HK, Singapore, Sydney)
Administration of company benefits to employees
Organizing social company events and activities regularly
Support for implementation of HR policies, employee health and safety regulations and HR systems
Being the contact person for employees
Working together with HR Manager to ensure compliance to local labour laws
Maintaining employee records and personnel files
Researching and contributing to HR best practices and initiatives
Drafting and issuing internal HR communications and announcements to employees
Regular and accurate reporting of employee data to the Headquarters in Vienna
Working on international HR projects


University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in HRM)
3-5 years experience in HR field preferred.
Professional experience in the HR field at an international corporation will be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of Labour Law, Employee Payroll and Tax Processes in HK (Singapore and Australia considered advantageous)
Open proactive and out-going personality with great communication and organisational skills
Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent MS-Office knowledge
Strong English-language skills
