RCT is founded upon a belief in the importance of having a specialised "Boxing" training in the city, teaching people the right way to box. Moreover, we wanted our clients to recover like a champion as well after they train like a champion. As a result, we've placed emphasis on recruiting the best talents in the city, equipping the best gym equipments, and renovating the 1000+ sq. feet changing rooms.

-Managing RCT's media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google and webpage to achieve designated business goals
-Creative content creation (text, photos, videos, posters) and dynamic storytelling on social media channels and increase brand awareness
-Ad postings on social media
-Simple editing of photos/videos and creating posters to use as advertisement contents for media platforms
-Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
-Drive growth to gym membership by seeking new business opportunities (corporate deals, sponsorships and brand collaborations)
-Day to day work includes assisting as gym receptionists when free. (greeting members, providing information on fees, packages and offers, cashiering, handling calls)
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
-Knowledge in paid media marketing tools such as Google ads, Instagram ads & Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
-Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
-Ability to identify target market
-Creative & able to contribute ideas
-Passionate about social media and content development
-A proactive and good team player with good organization and ability to multi-task
-Knowledge and interest in the fitness industry is a plus
-Experience in media marketing with 2 years relevant experiences
-Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field ( Additional related experience may be considered )
-Knowledge in fields of video production, graphic design, and photography is strongly preferred
-Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software
-Proven ability to develop brand and execute marketing strategies that achieves financial goals
-Must have strong English and Chinese writing abilities
