As a new team member
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
You will mainly be responsible for the following:
* Support overall content marketing development of GrowthSpot by creating high quality and in-depth content and blog posts
* Be an author and write for the greatest E-commerce and Digital advertising blog in Asia
* Conduct quality check for content as an auditor
* Carry out readers research to improve content readability and engagement
* Involve in SEO development projects
* Support regional development for content localisation in various business regions
* Curate content from relevant industry leaders and share them on our expanding social media channels
* Relationship building with bloggers and involve in outreaching management
* Involve in content distribution via various channels including social media platforms
* Assist and support on the creation of seminars and workshops materials
* Serve our client’s content marketing efforts and provide strategic inputs
* Manage our social media profiles by publishing creative and engaging posts
* Test and measure the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of growth tests conducted with content and copywriting variables
* Support quarterly and annually content and inbound planning
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Required Level of Work Experience : 1-3 year
* Has passion for writing and blogging is a must
* University graduate with an education focus on Marketing, Public Relationship, Communication, Language or Journalism
* Related experience in digital marketing or e-commerce content writing is a plus
* Track record in good content production is a plus
* Video editing and production experience is a plus
* Social Media management experience is a plus
* Team player with good communication skills and positive attitude
* Open-minded and strong willingness to learn and improve
* Effective organisational and coordination skills
* Enjoys collaboration and delivering value to others
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese
* Experience or knowledge in Growth Hacking is a strong plus
