As a fast-growing company aiming to shape a new E-commerce paradigm and experience in Hong Kong, we need a business partner to provide sustainable customer service and serve as driver to the voice of customers.


HOW will you perform in the position?

Be an adaptable team player to achieve a shared goal by having the willingness to learn and capacity to take criticisms
Be a multitasker by prioritizing tasks and managing time wisely and get ready for ad hoc challenges
Be a good listener to solve problems with empathy and patience and feedback to related parties constructively
WHAT duties will you be responsible for?

Handle enquiries and resolve customers’ complaint in a professional manner
Provide pro-active follow-up and premium service to customers
Identify customers’ needs and provide fast responses
Assist operation team in logistic processing
Reflect customer feedback and propose service improvements in terms of products, systems and daily workflow
Deal with any ad hoc assignment


Minimum 1 year of relevant cs experience (call center experience is preferred)
Higher Diploma or above
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management and problem-solving skills
Able to attend to details and equip with data analytical skills with innovation and flexibility
