We are looking for a passionate, aggressive, and supportive Business Development Assistant to help us achieve our goals. You will be provided support to the team on the delivery of core services to potential clients and contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of Business Development activity.
• Assist Sales Manager in setting business objectives and executing plan
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner
• Identify new business through business development and marketing events
• Monitor potential opportunities, update go/no-go reporting and ongoing project status
• Work closely with marketing team and partners on marketing strategy, proposal preparation, presentation, and bilingual content production
• Assist in research projects for market opportunities and analysis
• Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the tasks undertaken by the organization’s business development team
• Support routine and ad-hoc BD reporting and meetings
• Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings
• Degree Diploma or above in Business Studies, Sales or related field with 1 year B2B sales
experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proactive and is open to working independently
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to focus on the designed end goals of the company
• Excellent skills in time management
• Good knowledge in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
