Responsibilities
• Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
• Disclosing project details to the client and all team members
• Monitoring all stages of projects to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
• Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
• Administration tasks that will help to keep projects well-managed and organized
• Offering creative ideas to the product team to develop exciting projects and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
• Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity

Requirements
• Basic skills in using office applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
• Familiar with common digital experiences (e.g. TaoBao, Google Drive, Deliveroo, Uber, etc.)
• 1-2 years of working experience in an account servicing or coordination role (any industry).
• University graduate with a degree in digital media design discipline is a big plus.
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English is a must.
• Good people skill and time management technique.
