From helping you discover pet-friendly businesses nearby, to planning fun weekend activities, we are your trusted partner when it comes to curating a healthy and exciting lifestyle for your pet friends and you. We also encourage pet owners to build their Pet’s Social Community through Pet-a-hood, by exchanging pet-caring experience, pet-related news, and connecting with other pet lovers in the neighbourhood.
Hong Kong is not really a pet-friendly city where you can take your pets anywhere, everywhere. Pet lovers always have difficulties in searching where they can enjoy and have fun with their pets. This inspires us to create a centralised page where we gather all pet-related information for pet owners.
Pet-a-hood is like a yellow page for pet-related businesses. We display business/ shop information which are already publicly available. Pet-a-hood makes it easier for pet lovers to find information about pet business and places to visit with their pets.
About the Role
PET-A-HOOD is seeking a CRM Specialist to support execution of cross-channel communications for our up-and-coming e-commerce platform. Key functions will include driving platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics, via channels including but not limited to email, social and in-browser messages.
Our new CRM Specialist will join a growing team of professionals driving engagement at PET-A-HOOD, and work closely with in-house marketing, product, and creative teams. He/She must demonstrate a strong understanding of our product, identify and address consumer touchpoints and pain points in well-researched manners, and craft messages and campaigns to engage both pet owners and pet-related businesses.
-Propose, design, and launch CRM campaigns and workflows in collaboration with Marketing and Tech teams
-Map user journeys and optimise campaigns for funnel conversion
-Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics for PET-A-HOOD products and services
-Support analysis and enhancement of CRM campaigns
-Execute A/B tests and own analysis of results to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness
-Devise ways to improve usage of the CRM platform by automatic basic, everyday tasks
-Pulling reports from the CRM platform into data visualisation tools
-Meeting with other stakeholders and teams to analyse industry trends and tailor CRM campaigns to meet business objectives
-Assess and plan data points to integrate with CRM platform
-Have a passion for Pets
-BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or relevant field
-Minimum of 2 years experience in E-commerce or retail business
-Expertise and proven experience in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo)
-Ability to integrate CRM platform with internal data visualisation platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs)
-Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including analytics, tag implementation, conversion tracking
-Excellent skills in MS Office suite of programmes
-Excellent command of English, both written and verbally
-Proficiency in building email templates via HTML
-Experience in copywriting and/or design a plus
-A strong eye for detail and precision
-Self-directed learning attitude and strong sense of ownership
-Quick-thinking to respond to ever-changing and volatile market conditions
