We have raised over 90,000 volunteer hours with operations in 9 cities since 2014. Over 5,300 volunteers have been connected with 400+ NGOs to facilitate more than 800 projects since late 2019.

-Research, outreach to and onboard charities and social enterprises onto our platform to so they can connect with quality skilled volunteers
-Liaise with for-impact organizations and other community stakeholders for program execution
-Maintain the relationships with NGOs and volunteers, and provide responsive, proactive, high-quality support
-Review and approve Volunteer Project requests submitted by Organizations
-Provide consultations and guidance to help Organizations scope out Volunteer Projects
-Support content creation for social media
-Provide support to our marketing initiatives with the objective to advocate volunteerism and encourage more people and organizations to join Time Auction
-Compile data to present program impact and insights
-Occasionally assist the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
-Bachelor degree holder with 1+ year’s working experience is a must
-Experience in startup or non-profit field is preferred
-Proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset
-Passionate about volunteering and the social impact sector
-Self-motivated, independent worker, attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced team environment
-Excellent English & Chinese spoken and written communication skills
