We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead with a proven track record of driving sales of digital innovation services to join our team. This network architect will work closely with Brandnographer’s Partner and other senior leaders to develop and grow the client roster across the globe. More specifically, the Growth Lead will work across categories to identify and pursue new business opportunities; build a robust pipeline, manage the pitch process (with internal support), nurture relationships and bring contracts to closure.
Your role is to acquire new business for the team. To actively manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating, closing deals and handing over new accounts to the account management team.
The Growth Lead should be passionate about research and digital strategy, innovation and business consulting. The ideal candidate will use his/her current depth of knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising or consulting, to supplement a swiftly-acquired knowledge of current business and methodologies. He/she is expected to be well connected and capable of identifying, pursuing and winning strategic new business opportunities.

-Ability to build senior-level client relationships
-Ability to understand, at a high level, a vast mix of different industry verticals, markets and how marketing (with strong focus on digital) applies to their business
-Ability to understand client/prospect challenges, business model and their competition as it relates to their needs in brand, demand generation and marketing technology services across all service areas
-Must have a strong business network and relationships within the marketing and advertising sector
-Employ a consultative, strategic selling approach with the goal of generating revenue
-Experience selling enterprise solutions, in new business development utilizing a consultative sales approach
-Motivated, organized, energized and positive attitude
-Strong probing and listening skills
-Dynamic presentation and public speaking skills
-Excellent written communications
-Display strong closing techniques throughout the sales cycle
-Strong networking capabilities
-Must have a Hong Kong Bachelor's Degree or above
