- Responsible for day-to-day management including but not limited to office administration and daily operation support
- Handle the order placement from Agent/Sales and confirm orders with correct contents and required documents then place order to the internal department
- Support daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, issue cheques, prepare vouchers, filings, etc
- Assist to prepare financial analysis and financial statements
- Manage and develop relationships with internal parties, vendors and channel partners
- Support and organise Trade Shows and Exhibition booths
- Provide support to Head of Operations as and when required
- Diploma or above in any disciplines with at least 1-year working experience Finance/Accounting background is an advantage
- Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
