The Account Executive position is a crucial team member within the team. You will build a good rapport with the clients at the associate’s level. In addition, you will collaborate with the internal teams from different disciplines while working closely with your direct supervisor to ensure you master the work process internally and externally. The accounts you will be assigned to will develop your strategic thinking, as it gives you a wide exposure of a variety of work: adaptation, localization, brand initiatives and more.
Day-to-day organization and administration of assigned accounts
Initiates development of superior advertising and digital/social campaign
Ensures the smooth and efficient running of the mechanics of the accounts
Be the main contact between the brand team and the other internal departments on issues relating to efficient administration of the accounts
Be well versed and up to date on all the agency’s systems/procedures and work closely with creative teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree holder preferably in communications or any related disciplines
Relevant experience from advertising/digital agencies preferred
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Excellent PC skills of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
With a mature personality, strong business sense and a passion in building a career in the advertising field
Good communication skills, presentable, well-organized and able to work under pressure, sense of responsibility
