- Handle customer inquiries or complaints through email / web chat and offer one-stop resolution
- Handle customer dispute cases with care and professionalism and escalate when needed
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers
- Follow procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement properly
- Proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
- - Assist on ad hoc jobs
To succeed in this role
- Form 5 or above
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
- Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Internet, Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Customer-oriented, Pro-active, willing to learn, able to work independently
- Shift duty is required (shift allowance is granted)
- Work location: Kowloon Bay
