How we do

With our mission to create a frictionless digital ecosystem for all Hong Kong citizens, we are also investing heavily in several integrated ecommerce platforms that allow our members to earn and use their Clubpoints to settle their purchases:

Club Shopping is an online shopping platform that carries over 2,000 brands with priority access to the latest handsets and gadgets. The platform focuses on deeper partnerships with brands offering premium products.

Club Travel is an online travel agency that enables members to use their Clubpoints to settle their flight and hotel bookings while also earning Clubpoints on their cash spending at the same time.

Club Insurance offers tailored insurance products ranging from gadget & appliance, health, and travel categories to our members, in partnership and underwritten by FWD and Bolttech.

-Assist managers to plan, organize and execute Brand, PR and LinkedIn strategies of The Club lines of business.
-Create and draft PR materials and engaging LinkedIn contents to achieve company goals and drive brand awareness and buzz.
-Liaise and maintain good relationship with Group to ensure smooth approval process on various Brand & PR campaigns
-Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to generate different PR assets and ensure execution of campaigns within timeline and budget
-Overall see LinkedIn page and grow LinkedIn community for internal employee, business partners, potential talents and investors communication
-Monitor, measure and assess results to evaluate campaign success against KPIs
-Assist managers to handle crisis management. Avoid, manage and solve social crisis.
-Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

-Degree holder in Marketing, PR & Communications or related discipline;
-Minimum 5 years’ in Marketing, PR and communications, experience in agency is highly preferable
-Strong project management
-Pro-active, well-organized, detailed minded, innovative and able to manage multiple tasks
-Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve KPIs
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as word processing in Chinese
