We are on the hunt for a Performance Marketing rockstar to be based in our Hong Kong office. This person will lead new user acquisition and growth for KaiKai, to ensure that we continue to delight and deliver unforgettable experiences for every user.

What you’ll do:
Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns that support growth initiatives while managing budget across paid social, search, and display
Identify innovative ways/channels to drive greater conversion with varying ad formats and mechanics throughout the user funnel
Create dashboards to report on performance impact, bringing in data from multiple sources to measure marketing effectiveness for each channel
Adapt plans accordingly to maximize ROI against KPIs
Execute performance marketing campaigns in regional English platforms
Ensure ROAS by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B testing (e.g. on creatives, targets, other strategies)
Develop a framework to get user insights: analyzing media consumption behaviors, channels, networks and programs to understand where and how to best reach consumers
Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to maximise users’ web and app experiences for conversion and engagement
Manage all media agency and vendor relationships related to acquisition marketing efforts, ensuring they meet industry best practices

What you’ll need:
Proven performance marketing/paid media experience, preferably in the Tech/eCom industries
Strong experience in executing paid media campaigns across multiple channels
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other Mobile Measurement tools a must (e.g. Appsflyer)
Good experience in working with creative agencies and in-house creative team
Experience in running regional performance marketing program is a plus
Excellent fluency in English and and ability to speak other asian language is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to frame actionable insights from complex data
Ability to prioritize and execute for short-term demand and long term goals
Thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
