Lead the team to perform the daily duties and ensure smooth operation of our buffet restaurant.
Achieve high level of customer satisfactions by serving guests and maintaining the delighted dining environment.
To maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
Form 5 or above and preferably with professional hotel or food and beverage training.
Minimum 3 years related experience.
Committed and enthusiasm for work.
Customer-oriented, good communications and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
