In 2001, Karahashi decided to transfer to St.Johnsbury Academy in Vermont, United States at the age of 16, and spent 8 years as an international student on the foreign soil. Graduated from City University of New York majoring in Forensic Psychology B.A. in 2008. During his time in the melting pot, he led the college varsity team as a captain and organized one of the largest job-fair for billingual fresh graduate, Boston Career Forum, as an intern. In 2008, he joined Daikin Industries, leading global company in HVAC industry and worked 6 years as marker and sales strategist negotiating with established Japanese companies. In 2015, he decided to acquire MBA from Keio University, Keio Business School, and worked at Linkers as a sales intern and at Tabimusha’s “Mushashugyo program”, an overseas internship program for college students, as a business facilitator. Academic achievements includes MBA master thesis, “Globalization o SMEs: how on-demand global talent platform creates value for SMEs.” After graduating from graduate school, he started the current SPeak business as an intreprenur at Thirty-four ltd.,co. In 2019, Karahashi incorporated SPeak Inc.
