I am looking for a new opportunity in Tokyo after spending four years in Toronto, Canada. I have extensive experience at retail in both Sales and Operations.
Regarding my recent work experience, I have been working at Apple for over five years in two different countries and three different stores. One of the biggest takeaways is to have excellent people skills such as a leadership skill and a mentorship skill and to learn how to inspire our team to drive the results. My recent position was Acting Operations Expert, and I was in charge of leading the Operations team. As an Operations Expert, I tenaciously try to be mindful as to how we as one Operations team can work together and get through the day as smooth and efficient as possible, delegating and prioritizing what needs to be completed to create the best possible customer experience. Simultaneously, I focused on team members’ growth, sharing my own experience to guide them through and actively providing honest feedback was always challenging but truly fulfilling.
Over the past five years, I have learned how important it is to have a constant positive attitude at work as well. No matter how challenging the situations may be, having a composure under the tight deadlines or pressures and leading the team towards productive and positive directions is the key to success as a leader. I also worked closely with our management team, alining and understanding the brand’s core value and embodying it every day towards clients and team members had helped me build a strong work ethic of my own.
