In the world today, stress surround us. In all positions we occupy and the situations we face, stress is unavoidable. It affects our mental and physical states. We know about it, and we struggle to manage it ourselves.
The application "Drop" is a project that helps users learn the basics of meditation and mindfulness, by exploring a range of interactive exercises. A range of sound and specific colour palettes are used to support the experience of relaxation for users. "Drop" guides users through step by step exercise to help deal with stress and get rid of frustrating emotions. This project creates a space for users to do mediation, explore exercises, and reduce stress from daily lives.
